About The Couple
In the winter of 1996 Dieter Matzion was a student at the University of Technology in Karlsruhe Germany. There, he was studying to become a Database Engineer. He was searching for an internship that would fit well with his career goals. Since his English skills were exceptional relative to his colleagues, he decided to come to America to the Silicon Valley. He got an internship at ConXion Corporation.
Denise Weber had recently moved to California from Minnesota. She was living in Sacramento and working for a home loan company called Spartan Home Loans.
